At Dervesh Co, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival and if replacement stock is available. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead. Please note that any delivery charges will not be refunded if applicable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order details so we can resolve the issue quickly.
